As part of the biggest university real estate project under construction in Canada, the Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Geography faculties will move to the Science Complex at the start of the 2019 school year.

The Université de Montréal, the City of Montreal and Outremont have partnered to develop MIL, an integrated urban campus. It will be the first step toward a dynamic, intellectual university climate lending synergy among students, teachers, researchers and the business community while also providing a high-quality living environment. Begun in 2016, the Science Complex will be completed in 2019.

Bolduc proudly participated in this project by supplying 50,000 sq. ft. of Avenue pavers. Specially-developed blue accents representing the Université de Montréal’s emblematic colour were added to the light and dark pavers.

The products are LEED compliant for their colour and also for the proximity of the extraction and manufacturing site to their ultimate destination.
